At The Ruidoso Physical Therapy Clinic,

Our Physical Therapists are medical specialists who use exercise (strengthening and flexibility), pool therapy and many other techniques to relieve pain and restore proper function to bodies in need.

Our patients love our one-on-one attention and customized therapy programs. This includes our state-of-the-art equipment including the HIVAMAT and the TurboSonic Whole Body Vibration System.

We also offer Myofascial Release, a gentle, stretching massage-like technique that has profound effects on the whole body. Lydia has had extensive education in this technique from John Barnes, PT. Tanya also provides Myofascial Release.
