The StimTec4 comes with a carrying case. It comes with an electrical adapter or works on a 9 volt battery. Included are 4 reusable electrodes. We keep extra electrodes in stock.

The StimTec4 works 4 ways, as a TENS Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation Unit, an IF Interferential Stimulation unit, an EMS Electrical Muscle Stimulation unit or as an MC Microcurrent Stimulation unit.

Living here in Ruidoso it is very important that everyone have the proper lumbar support when driving to other destinations. Even a trip just down the mountain requires that support. We have available two different styles of lumbar support cushions. Without that proper support, the spine will start to bend in the opposite direction due to the forces of gravity which can cause you to develop sciatica or arm pain and numbness. Thera-Band resistance exercise systems are used as tools for rehabilitating and restoring muscle and joint functions, for improving conditioning and balance, and for building strength. The Thera-Band® System of Progressive Resistance consists of 8 color-coded resistance levels. In general, tan and yellow (extra light and light resistance) are used for early rehabilitation or very frail individuals. The most common resistances are red, green and blue (medium, heavy and extra heavy). We have these available for purchase and you will receive a FREE home exercise program.

Biofreeze and Sombra are wonderful pain relieving gels we have available for purchase and use on our patients. Their main pain relieving element is from plants. Biofreeze has Ilex from a South American holly bush and Sombra is made in Albuquerque with a wide variety of plant ingredients. Many of our patients comment on how much better and soothing they are at relieving pain than anything else they have tried. We also ship.

Rue Oil is an amazing gift from Nature. Several years ago, the mother of a young boy Lydia was working on for muscle spasms, commented that we had the Rue plant growing on our grounds. Her name was also Lydia, she was from Mexico and didn't speak English. Lydia is fluent in Spanish, so she asked her to show her the plant and how it was used.
